Is it permissible to run wet fingers through the hair when wiping the head during ablution to prevent hair loss, and is it sufficient to wipe only the lower part of the hair?

Wiping the head during Wudu (ablution) is an obligation, and the most apparent (opinion) is that it should be comprehensive. The Sunnah is to begin wiping from the front of the head then to the nape, and then return. However, if one begins from the nape, there is no harm. Any method of wiping is sufficient, the purpose being to convey water to the head.

If wiping the entire head causes harm, then a Muslim should wipe as much of it as possible. If one is unable to use water due to harm, Tayammum (dry ablution) should be performed instead of wiping the head. The sequence of ablution parts is not a condition (in this case).
