Is a financial donation accepted from a person who struggles to maintain prayer and occasionally smokes shisha?

We advise you to fear Allah and to preserve your prayers, for prayer is the pillar of the religion and the distinguishing mark between disbelief and faith. Perhaps the difficulty in preserving it stems from vain amusements and bad company; these obstacles must be eliminated. As for spending money in charitable ways, it is good, and Allah does not let the reward of those who do good deeds be lost.
