Faith is built upon the glorification and veneration of Allah. Failure to appreciate Allah as He deserves leads to (polytheism). Furthermore, mocking Him or His verses and messengers is disbelief (kufr), whether done seriously or in jest, because the glorification of Allah is the foundation of religion. Whoever trivializes Allah or His words, or lowers Him to the status of humans, has disbelieved and must renew his faith, offer sincere repentance, and strive in good deeds.
