Is the book "Mujarrabat Ibn Sirin, by Ibn Sina" science or incantations, and is it permissible to act upon mujarrabat as long as there is no dealing with jinn?

We have not seen the aforementioned book. Working with tried and tested remedies is permissible if the ruqyah (definition) (exorcism/incantation) is performed with the Quran and legitimate supplications. However, anything whose meaning is unintelligible is not permissible to act upon. Sheikh Hafiz Al-Hakami has clarified that incantations must be from the two revelations (Quran and Sunnah (definition)), and anything else of unknown meanings is a delusion from Satan, and could be shirk (definition) (polytheism), kufr (disbelief), or magic. This is because the one who utters it does not know if it is from the names of Allah or from the devils, nor does he know if it contains disbelief or faith.
