What is the ruling on one who utters the Two Testimonies (Shahadatayn) every time they become aware of something forbidden or a new nullifier of Islam, and what is the ruling on one who believes that one of the nullifiers of faith is not a nullifier due to their ignorance, and is ignorance an excuse for nullifiers of faith in our current era?

Turn away from these whispers (waswas) and ignore them, for Allah is Merciful and does not punish anyone except after the establishment of proof (Hujjah). If someone learns what they were ignorant of regarding matters of religion, they are not required to renew their Islam. Their previous ignorance does not harm them because they are not held accountable until they learn and proof is established against them. As for a person's statement that all people, even disbelievers, will enter Paradise, this is clear disbelief (kufr sareeh) that contradicts the texts of the Quran and Sunnah (definition), and its error must be explained to them.
