Are the names "Al-Muttali'" and "Al-Mudrik" among the Beautiful Names of Allah, considering that "Al-Mudrik is He who perceives all vision, but no vision perceives Him," and "Al-Muttali' is He who looks upon His servant"?

The answer

Allah is aware of and comprehends everything. However, it is not permissible to call Him "the Aware" (al-Muttali'), or "the Comprehender" (al-Mudrik), or any other names that have not been mentioned in the divine texts, for His names and attributes are tawqifiyyah (derived solely from revelation).
