Does Buddhism - especially Northern Buddhism - possess effective and real incantations and talismans similar to Islam, such as Onmyōdō and Chinese exorcism videos with non-Qur'anic verses?

The existence of effective incantations and amulets in a religion does not necessarily validate that religion, nor does it validate the incantations themselves. Such incantations might be permissible supplications to which Allah responds due to the suppliant's distress or because they are oppressed, even if they are polytheists. Moreover, the Companions used incantations in the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, approved of them as long as they did not involve shirk (definition) (polytheism). Some of these incantations might fall under seeking aid from jinn, which is forbidden shirk, as jinn enjoy the obedience of humans, and humans enjoy the jinn fulfilling some of their needs. Some of these incantations fall under the category of psychotherapy, and their effectiveness does not necessitate the correctness of their practitioners' faith. The correctness of faith is sought through its known channels, and religion is too sublime to have its validity built upon such things.
