Is the saying "wrath of nature" accurate, and do natural phenomena become angry with human beings, leading to disasters?

Nature is one of God's creations; it has no will or choice, but rather submits to His command and decree. Allah Almighty says: "Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, 'Come [into being] willingly or unwillingly.' They both said, 'We have come willingly.'" Therefore, it is incorrect to attribute anger or its effects to nature, as this carries the potential for a blasphemous meaning, similar to what communists believe. The Wise Lawgiver prohibits statements that suggest a corrupt meaning, such as His prohibition of saying "Ra'ina" (tend to us), as this word has a double meaning. Thus, a Muslim must protect their tongue and pen from such expressions, and distance themselves from what others utter in their speech, so as to remain pure from the impurities of shirk (definition) (polytheism).
