What is the ruling on laughing upon hearing an oath sworn by other than Allah, and does it constitute major disbelief?

One must prohibit the one who swears by other than Allah and clarify that his action is forbidden and constitutes minor . He should be commanded to say: "Lā ilāha illā Allāh (There is no god but Allah)" as an expiation for his action. As for laughing at a person's appearance or manner, it is not considered disbelief (kufr).
