What is the ruling on one who laughs during prayer?

It is not permissible to deliberately laugh during prayer, and the worshiper must observe humility therein. Whoever intentionally corrupts their obligatory prayer by laughing has disobeyed Allah and sinned, and must repent and repeat the prayer.
