Please, teach me about my religion (in Arabic).
A Muslim must correct his 'Aqidah (creed) by knowing the word of (Oneness of God), its conditions, and its nullifiers, and by knowing the six pillars of faith. The correction of worship is achieved by knowing the rulings of purification (), prayer (Salat), fasting (Sawm), (charity), Hajj (pilgrimage), and trade (buyu'), according to the Muslim's situation and ability. If one is unable to learn, it is obligatory for him to ask the people of knowledge. He must also know the major sins (kaba'ir) and transgressions (ma'asi) to avoid them, and know the manners (adab) and noble morals (makarim al-akhlaq) to act upon them. It is recommended to read selected books on 'Aqidah, Fiqh (jurisprudence), (Qur'anic exegesis), (prophetic traditions), Sirah (Prophet's biography), and ethics, and to consistently associate with a student of knowledge who follows the methodology of Ahlus- wal-Jama'ah, while maintaining remembrance of Allah (dhikr), reciting the Qur'an, and cultivating humility (khushu') in prayer.
