How is the inheritance calculated for two male heirs: (one full brother, one full brother's son), and female heirs: (two daughters, one wife, two full sisters), and does the full brother's son inherit in the presence of the full brother, and do the children of the deceased sister inherit?

The full nephew (son of a full brother) does not inherit when a full brother is present. Rather, he inherits in the absence of a full brother, or a male inheriting ascendant, or a male inheriting descendant. The sister's son does not inherit from his paternal aunt because he is among the Dhawi al-Arham (relatives by blood who are not entitled to a prescribed share or residuary share). If the heirs are two daughters, a wife, two full sisters, and a full brother, then the two daughters receive two-thirds, and the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a inheriting descendant. The remainder goes to the full brother and the two full sisters as asabah (residuaries), with the male receiving the share of two females. Cases of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' right.
