How is the inheritance distributed in the event of a man's death, leaving behind a wife, six daughters, three full brothers, two full sisters, and three sons of a deceased brother?

The scholars used to dislike questions about a situation before it occurred due to the changeability of circumstances, especially concerning inheritance. If the heirs are only those mentioned, then the division of the estate is as follows: The wife gets one-eighth, the daughters get two-thirds equally, and the remainder goes to the brothers and sisters by way of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. This applies if they are full siblings or paternal siblings. However, if their degrees of kinship differ, or if they are maternal siblings, there is a different detailed ruling for them. It must be noted that the matter of inheritances is serious and complex, and a mere fatwa (definition) (religious edict) is not sufficient. Rather, it must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation and consideration of wills, debts, and other rights before distribution.
