How is the inheritance of a man who died and left behind a wife, a daughter, three sisters, three paternal uncles, and four paternal aunts distributed?

The wife receives one-eighth, and the daughter receives one-half. The full sisters or paternal sisters receive the remainder by ta'sib (agnatic succession), and the paternal uncles and paternal aunts receive nothing. However, if there are only maternal sisters, they receive nothing in the presence of a lineal descendant heir, and the remainder after the Ashab al-Furood (sharers) goes to the paternal uncles by ta'sib, and the paternal aunts receive nothing. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts for investigation.
