How is the inheritance of a man distributed if he passed away and left behind a wife, two daughters from his sons, a brother, and three sisters?

The wife gets one-eighth. The two granddaughters (daughters of the son) get two-thirds. The remainder is divided among the full or paternal brothers and sisters, with the male receiving the share of two females. The maternal brother or sister does not inherit. Cases of inheritance must be submitted to the Sharia courts to verify all heirs, bequests, and debts, as these take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
