The narration with the wording stated in the question, "Conceal circumcision and publicize marriage," has not been found in the books of and . However, a Hadith with the wording "Publicize marriage" was narrated by Ahmad and Ibn Hibban, and graded (good) by Al-Albani. As for the report "Conceal circumcision and publicize marriage," it is a fabricated report and among the mawdu' (forged) Hadiths. Al-Sakhawi and others have indicated that there is no basis for its first part (concealing circumcision); rather, there are Hadiths that affirm publicizing circumcision.
