The answer

There is no disagreement among scholars regarding the permissibility of circumcision for males, though they differed on its ruling, between obligation (wujub) and (recommendation). A Muslim must perform it unless it results in harm. Whoever dies as an adult uncircumcised, despite being able to do so, is sinful, and he should not be circumcised after his death. Circumcision does not affect the validity of marriage.
