What is the ruling on a child playing with coins, throwing them, and walking on them?

A young girl is not held accountable for her actions, but her guardian should prevent her from wasting money, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade wasting money. As for merely playing with money without wasting it, there is no harm in that.
