Do the parents and siblings of a Muslim man who has no religion inherit from him, as well as his Muslim wife and her children from another husband, after his death?

The noble Hadith (definition): "A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor does a disbeliever inherit from a Muslim" clarifies that a disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim, by the consensus of the scholars. So, if a person embraces Islam and has no Muslim heir except his wife, she inherits one-fourth, according to the Almighty's saying: "And for them is one-fourth of what you leave if you have no child." The remainder is spent on the welfare of Muslims, such as building mosques and schools, and is placed in the treasury of the Muslims (Bayt al-Mal) if one exists. If there is no Muslim ruler, the trustworthy head of the Islamic center is responsible for managing and disbursing these funds.
