How is the estate of a Muslim distributed among: a wife, two daughters (under 16 years old), a son (8 years old), two unmarried sisters (over thirty), and three married brothers?

The inheritance is divided if a man dies, leaving a wife, a son, two daughters, and brothers and sisters, as follows:

The wife: She receives one-eighth (1/8) due to the presence of children, as Allah the Almighty says: (And for them [wives] is one fourth of what you leave if you have no child. But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave) [An-Nisa 4:12]. The children (the son and two daughters): They receive the remainder, with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, as Allah the Almighty says: (Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females) [An-Nisa 4:11]. The brothers and sisters: They receive nothing, as they are excluded by the presence of the son.

When dividing the inheritance into 32 parts: the wife receives 4 parts, the son receives 14 parts, and each daughter receives 7 parts.
