Is it permissible for the daughters of the inheritor and his wife to challenge the heirs, given that the inheritor is still alive and there is no justice in the division, and the inheritor does not care about the rights of his children?

Justice must be observed among children in giving gifts. Naming the act of singling out some children for gifts as "injustice" indicates its prohibition. As for distributing inheritance before death, if the intention is to give each heir their share as a gift, then justice must be observed among the children in this regard. However, if the intention is to write down a share for each heir to be disbursed after one's death, then this is a bequest to an heir, which is not permissible in Islamic law unless the other heirs approve it. It is important to note that depriving daughters and women of inheritance is a great injustice and contrary to Islamic law.
