What should I do about my mother's discrimination between me and my younger brother?

A child might imagine that their parents prefer others over them, and if discrimination occurs, its cause should be investigated. The mother can be confronted respectfully and wisely, and her mistake does not justify mistreating her. Islam is a religion of justice, and it has enjoined justice even with enemies, so how about with parents? Islam has commanded justice among children, even in gifts and kisses. It is advised to show the mother this fatwa (definition) or another, so she may return to what is right and be just among her children.
