Whoever reaches the age of fifteen, or experiences a wet dream (ejaculates semen) during sleep or while awake, becomes accountable (mukallaf). The questioner has reached puberty by age and by what comes out of him due to masturbation (semen), so he is accountable and must abandon this forbidden habit.
