Masturbation (self-abuse) is forbidden by the Qur’an and , and it has serious physical harms. One must hasten to repent and desist from it. As for delayed nocturnal emission, there is no reason to be keen on it. It is usually a manipulation by Satan of the sleeping person. It is advised to consult the counseling section to learn more medically.
