Is it permissible to transplant eyebrow hair that is sparse for the purpose of adornment for one's husband?

As long as this is merely for beautification and seeking attractiveness, it is not permissible, whether for the husband or for anyone else. This is because it is an unlawful alteration of Allah's creation, unless necessitated by dire need.
