The answer

There is no harm in removing hair that grows in unusual places. It is not permissible to remove anything from the eyebrows (al-nams) due to the general prohibitive hadiths, unless the hair grows unusually and causes a noticeable disfigurement or defect, in which case it is permissible to remove only what eliminates the defect. The forbidden al-nams is that which is done for the sake of beauty and altering Allah's creation, as indicated by the : "Allah has cursed the women who tattoo and those who have themselves tattooed, and the women who pluck their eyebrows (al-mutanammisat) seeking beauty by altering Allah's creation." Removing hair between the eyebrows, if it is normal, falls under the prohibited al-nams. However, if it is unusually dense, then it is permissible to remove it.
