Others say it was the period between Adam and Noah, or Noah and Idris, or Noah and Abraham, or Moses and Jesus, or Jesus and Muhammad, or the time of David and Solomon. In the era of the ignorant Jahiliyyah, women would display what was shameful to show, and they would walk among men without , which is precisely what Islamic law commanded to abandon.
