Is traveling to Arab and Islamic countries for tourism or a change of scenery forbidden, as some sheikhs say, due to the obligation of photography and avoiding places of amusement found in these countries?

Tourism is permissible as long as it does not involve anything forbidden or lead to abandoning an obligation. The fatwa (definition) of prohibition might be specific to a certain issue, or the opinion of someone who forbids photography except out of necessity. The majority of contemporary scholars permit photography. Absolutely forbidding travel to Arab and Islamic countries is incorrect, unless it leads to falling into the forbidden or neglecting obligations. The presence of evil deeds does not prevent travel if the traveler does not intend to partake in them.
