What is the ruling on traveling to Arab and Islamic countries where evil deeds and forbidden things are widespread, for the purpose of recreation or what is called a "honeymoon," and what is incumbent upon one who travels to them?

Traveling to countries where immoral acts are widespread is forbidden unless there is a necessity, and tourism is not considered one of them, due to the corrupting influences it entails, such as: sitting in places of amusement, being exposed to alluring sights, wasting money and time, falling into forbidden acts like drinking alcohol and adultery, women abandoning their modesty, and an increase in the reverence for disbelievers in one's heart. It is obligatory for a father to prevent his son and his daughter's husband from traveling abroad for tourism, and for a wife not to obey her husband in this regard. As for one who travels out of necessity, he must fear Allah and safeguard his religion, and not remain longer than needed.
