The relied-upon opinion is to prohibit what is not necessitated by need. Placing pictures on currency is not necessitated by need, and photographing an orphan is best avoided to steer clear of doubts. Benefactors can be encouraged to sponsor him by reminding them of the reward for sponsoring an orphan. However, if the pictures on the currency are drawn and not photographic, they are more severely prohibited.
