The answer

"That which is impermissible to sell, use, or benefit from, according to Islamic law, is not considered a validly owned asset (mal mutaqawwim) in . Consequently, there is no obligation to guarantee compensation for its destruction, because what is legally non-existent is like what is physically non-existent. Destroying something that is not a validly owned asset does not necessitate compensation. Therefore, whoever infringes upon the intellectual property rights of prohibited materials is not obligated to guarantee their value to the owner. The most important thing is to avoid these prohibited materials."
