Is it correct to use the expression: "I am the one who was insulted, my master, I am the one who was insulted, not you" in reference to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him? And is it permissible to describe someone who praises the Prophet as "trading with him"?

It seems the young man intended by his words to exaggerate his distress over what caused the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) distress. There is no harm in using the term 'insult' [or 'disrespect'] concerning the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Songs accompanied by music are forbidden, even if they are in praise of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Accusing intentions is not permissible, but using forbidden music is forbidden.
