Is it permissible to create a website for anasheeds (Islamic vocal music) and profit from it, and what are the regulations for permissible anasheeds? Is it a condition to seek permission from production companies? And is it permissible to establish a for-profit Islamic website for channels and radio stations without consulting them?

Listening to nasheeds accompanied by musical instruments, or sound effects similar to music, or those set to the tunes of lewd songs, or with voices that are effeminate and excessively soft, is not permissible.

As for creating a website that gathers television and radio channels, there is no objection to it, even if it is for profit, provided that these channels are originally available for free on the internet, and that only channels that adhere to Islamic guidelines and the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah (definition) wal-Jama'ah are included in this website. However, if the channels are not available for free, it is not permissible to create the website for them, in order to preserve the rights of their owners.
