What is the ruling on downloading anasheed from free websites for the purpose of using them in a celebration, and not for earning money from them?

If the website owners permit downloading and listening to the anasheeds (Islamic vocal music) at weddings and events, then there is no harm in doing so. However, if they stipulate that they should not be downloaded for profit or commercial trade, then their condition must be adhered to, and they should be utilized for non-commercial purposes. If they prohibit downloading them absolutely without their permission, then it is not permissible to infringe upon their right, even if it is not for commercial trade.
