What is the ruling on duplicating religious anashid (vocal songs) or the Holy Quran and distributing them to friends with the intention of dawah (inviting others to Islam) or increasing love for the sake of Allah, given that one is not certain about the permissibility of the munshid (singer) or the production company?

It is permissible to copy the Qur'an and religious songs from the Internet unless their owners have stipulated copyright protection. Otherwise, it is not permissible except with their permission. If the permission of the owner of the song or the production company is not known, then copying it must be stopped, because infringing on their right to financial benefit is not permissible.
