Is it permissible to set the Adhan as a phone ringtone instead of music, given that the goal is to avoid hearing music?

Setting the Adhan (definition) as a phone ringtone instead of music is permissible in Sharia (definition), provided that the volume is lowered so as not to confuse people into thinking that the prayer time has begun. Shafi'i jurists have legislated the Adhan for purposes other than prayer in specific cases, such as for a newborn, a distressed person, an epileptic, an angry person, and someone whose character has deteriorated.
