Is it permissible to utilize a wedding hall belonging to a professional syndicate, which involves intermingling of sexes and the presence of dancers and singers, after it has been renovated with the purpose of increasing the syndicate's income?

There is no objection to renting out the hall if the parties held therein adhere to Islamic manners and public morals. The conditions set for the use of the hall must be in accordance with the Sharia (definition) of Allah, such as prohibiting singing, music, dancing, nudity, and other reprehensible acts.
