There is no objection to publishing beneficial videos that are free from prohibitions. The sin of forbidden advertisements displayed without the publisher's choice falls upon the website owner and the viewer. As for profit from these advertisements, only those advertisements that are inherently forbidden are excluded. The questioner can estimate the proportion of such advertisements and take what is permissible, disposing of the illicit gains by spending them on public welfare or for the poor.
