It is permissible to watch animated films and series with -compliant controls. As for drawing animate beings, the اصل (general rule) is prohibition, unless there is an overriding benefit. It is not permissible to listen to anasheed (Islamic vocal music) accompanied by music, unless it is possible to listen to them without the music.
