Remembrance and Supplication
- Is the wisdom behind kissing the Black Stone to seek blessings from it?
- Is it a condition to know the meanings of the morning and evening adhkar—such as the meaning of "malignant" (hammah) and "envious" (lammah) in the supplication "I seek refuge in Allah's perfect words from every devil and every malignant eye and every envious eye"—for the reciter to benefit from them?
- What is the ruling on saying: "O Allah, make it food that we desire when eating"?
- Is the hadith, "He whom My remembrance distracts from asking of Me..." authentic?
- How can we reconcile the fact that solar and lunar eclipses are signs of God's warning and wrath, necessitating a rush to prayer, remembrance (dhikr), and supplication (du'a), with our prior knowledge of them long in advance? And would the Prophet's ﷺ fear have been of the same intensity if he had known about them beforehand?
- What is the meaning of the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "And he was the best of people in deeds, except for a man who surpassed him, saying better than he said"?

- How can one get rid of intrusive thoughts about the rulings of Sharia, the love of the Prophet (peace be upon him), doubt in religion, and the belittling of women's status in Islam, along with the desire to submit to Allah's rulings, and to know whether these intrusive thoughts are from the self or from Satan?
- Is it permissible to continue performing acts of worship while committing sins, and attempting to gradually reduce them, instead of abandoning all acts of worship entirely or abandoning all sins entirely at once?
- What is the reward for reciting the Beautiful Names of Allah daily, and what are the preferred times for doing so?
- Does supplicating with the formula, "O Lord, I ask You to cure me by the number of Your creation, the pleasure of Your Self, the weight of Your Throne, and the extent of Your words," count as a lie if said once? And is saying this formula after any supplication or remembrance a correct ijtihad, or a lie that leads to sins?
- Does my withdrawal from watching forbidden things after I had opened them count as a relapse from my repentance, knowing that I did not practice masturbation this time? And does my repentance become void?
- How can one deal with a relationship that involved phone sex and the exchange of nude photos, given the existence of a marriage promise, feelings of guilt, and distance from God? Should this relationship be abandoned, or should the marriage promise be fulfilled?
- How do I strengthen my understanding and make it more robust?
- Is what is narrated true, that the jinn gathered to harm the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and Jibreel, peace be upon him, descended to teach him the supplication: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created, originated, and made; and from the evil of what descends from the sky; and from the evil of what ascends to it; and from the evil of every nocturnal visitor, except a nocturnal visitor who comes with good, O Most Merciful"? And does this supplication protect one from the cunning of the jinn?
- What is the fate of a child born from an adulterous relationship with a Christian girl who refuses marriage, and is the father accountable for the sin of raising him outside of Islam, and how can he repent and be saved from this sin?
- Will Allah forgive whoever committed all sins and accept their repentance after they commit to Him, or will He lead them astray once more?
- Is it prescribed to repeat the supplication for riding after dismounting from the vehicle for a short period and then returning to ride it again?
- What is the way to be saved from groundless misgivings (waswas) that have no remedy, especially the misgivings regarding the takbir in prayer, and is ignoring them the only treatment, despite its extreme difficulty?
- Are the thoughts associated with doubt in miracles, which the soul detests and recoils from, considered disbelief or merely a whisper (waswas)?
- Is it necessary to repeat the remembrance, "Exalted is He whom the thunder praises with His praise, and the angels from fear of Him," if the thunder continues, or is it sufficient to say it once?
- Is it permissible to display Quranic verses on a mobile phone screen without Uthmani script and diacritics, to remind the user of dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and supplication, due to technical difficulties?
- Will God hold me accountable for my heart’s inclination towards a married person, for following his news and looking at his picture? Is this a sin that delays my marriage? Should I continue to push back against this inclination, or should I pray for God to unite me with him? Is this a trial or a sin?
