The answer

Surat Al- is great and is equivalent to one-third of the Quran. However, committing to reciting it a specific number of times at a specific time, such as consistently reciting it fifteen times after prayer, is an unlawful act, because it has no basis in the , and acts of worship are built upon divine injunction.
