Is seeking forgiveness between the two Friday sermons, based on the preacher's command, Sunnah or not?

The congregants are not required to seek forgiveness if the preacher instructs them to do so at the end of the first sermon of the two Friday sermons. The preacher may do this sometimes, but it should not be done regularly. It is recommended for the congregant between the two sermons to engage in supplication or seeking forgiveness, as it is a time when prayers are answered, and there is no specific dhikr (remembrance) for this particular moment.
