What is the ruling on seeking refuge with the words: "or I become humiliated or am humiliated" within the supplication for leaving the home?

The correct saying upon leaving the home is: "أو أَزِلّ أو أُزَلّ" (aw azillu aw uzallu - or I cause to slip or I am caused to slip), and not "أو أَذِلّ أو أُذَلّ" (aw adhillu aw udhallu - or I abase or I am abased). It is not permissible to intentionally distort the Prophet's hadith (definition). One must adhere strictly to the narrated wording, letter by letter, because this is a remembrance and a supplication, and the reward may be linked to those very letters. However, there is no blame on someone who made the alteration due to forgetfulness or a speech impediment.
