The answer

There is no supplication or remembrance that can substitute for the prostration of recitation ( al-Tilawah). Moreover, it is not obligatory, as evidenced by what Al-Bukhari narrated from Umar ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: "O people, we pass by the prostration (of recitation), so whoever prostrates has done well, and whoever does not prostrate incurs no sin." And Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, did not prostrate.
