Can a Muslim woman wear work clothes and a long-sleeved shirt without a hijab after converting to Islam, and is it permissible for a Muslim man to marry a non-Muslim woman?

Islam is ease for whomever Allah wills happiness. It rejects forbidden relationships and makes marriage a legitimate means of forming a family. The hijab (definition) should not be an impediment to embracing Islam, as the most important thing is monotheism and bearing witness to Allah and His Messenger. After embracing Islam, the Muslim woman will strive to do everything that Allah loves. It is advised to embrace Islam for one's own sake and for salvation from Allah's punishment, for it is the religion of all prophets who called for the monotheism of Allah and denied any partner to Him. The message of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is universal for all people, so she should hasten to Islam before it is too late.
