Is it permissible to buy a certificate to work in computer maintenance in a government department, while possessing sufficient experience in the field?

Purchasing a certificate is a form of forbidden deception and forgery, as Allah Almighty says: (So avoid the impurity of idols and avoid false statement) and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats is not one of us," and he, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Shall I not inform you of the greatest of major sins?" and he mentioned among them: "Indeed, false statement and false witness." Falsehood (Al-Zour) is lying and describing something contrary to its true nature with the intent to deceive.
