Is it permissible to purchase a certificate for a computer technician or programmer with private funds and submit it to official authorities to change one's profession from student to technician, with the aim of benefiting from the facilities granted to those in these professions, knowing that the certificate will not be used for work or earning?

It is not permissible to buy a certificate to submit for employment, because it involves lying, cheating, and deception, which are all forbidden matters, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats is not one of us." Likewise, it is not permissible for the issuing authority to grant the certificate except to those who deserve it; otherwise, they would be partners in sin, as Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
