Is the repentance of an apostate valid between him and God if the conditions of remorse, cessation, and resolve are met, and he pronounces the two testimonies (for example, during prayer) without the intention of entering Islam?

Whoever prays after his apostasy, or pronounces the two declarations of faith (Shahadatayn), is judged to be a Muslim. If he regrets what he did, then his repentance and Islam are valid. When he pronounces the word of monotheism (Tawhid (definition)), he intends it to be the word that protects the Muslim's life and property, and by which a disbeliever becomes a Muslim. So, whenever he fulfills the conditions of repentance and prays, or pronounces the two declarations of faith, his repentance is valid outwardly and inwardly.
