Is there a rank higher than martyrdom in the way of Allah that a Muslim can achieve now?

The status of martyrdom in the cause of Allah is great; there is no status above it except that of the prophets and the truthful (Siddiqeen), as evidenced by verse 69 from Surah (definition) An-Nisa. A truthful person (Siddiq) is one who is true in his words and deeds, and who confirms the truth with his words and actions. The status of the truthful can be attained in every time and place by whoever is true in his words and deeds, strives against his lower self, and is sincere to Allah. As for the status of prophethood, it cannot be acquired because it is a divine selection, and it was sealed with Muhammad, peace be upon him.
