Is it permissible to browse social media pages that include reprehensible content and unlawful images, and to comment on them with the intention of inviting their owners and their audience to abandon sins, while trying to lower one's gaze? And would the caller to Islam be sinful if his comment causes others to see these reprehensible things? And is it permissible for a man to invite and correspond with women in this situation?

It is not permissible to use da‘wah (proselytizing) methods that contain impermissible elements, such as the temptation of viewing prohibited images via private messaging. Corruption arises from this very door through which a Muslim seeks righteousness. For this reason, jurists have been strict in prohibiting speaking with young, non- women. One should pray for their guidance.
